Statue of Apollo Belvedere inside the museum.. It has characteristic resemblance to Michelangelo’s David.

Modern architecture known as “Sfera con Sfera” (Sphere within Sphere) in display inside the Vatican museum courtyard. The structure depicts the world being torn apart and reveals a new world being born from within, replacing the old world. It was created by Italian sculptor Arnaldo Pomodoro.

Queue to enter the Vatican gates. They have strict security checks in place and randomly check passport/ travel document as well.
